When do notary fees apply?
Notary fees are not included in your subscription. Sometimes a notary or other expert needs to be involved in your case. You can use our affiliated partners, or grant your own notary access to the platform. This allows you to deploy the best specialists efficiently.
Notary work is often required for these actions:
- Exercising options may require issuing shares. If converting them into certificates, you will need to establish a stewardship foundation.
- This is often preceded by incorporating a stewardship foundation (STAK). These are one-off costs.
- Transitioning to steward-ownership involves several steps, such as establishing a stewardship foundation or issuing a golden share.
